We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud (FCCS) Consultant / EPM Senior Developer to join our growing Enterprise Performance Management team. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Oracle FCCS implementation, application design, solution architecture, financial consolidation, and finance/accounting processes.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, and implementing best-fit Oracle EPM FCCS architectures to support enterprise financial consolidation and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as Application Design Architect/Lead for Oracle FCCS projects.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business requirements into scalable FCCS solutions.
- Design and develop Oracle FCCS applications and solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance and enhancements to existing EPM implementations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Technical teams to deliver business solutions.
- Drive solution design, proof of concepts (POCs), and implementation activities.
- Support financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain Financial Reports and Smart View reports.




- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder management activities.

- Proven expertise in Solution Design and Requirement Gathering.
- Strong understanding of Financial Accounting concepts.
- Experience working as a Design Architect, Lead Consultant, or Solution Architect.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
