Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the development of scalable frontend frameworks to ensure consistent performance across all SaaS product modules.
- Mentor and lead a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of code quality, rigorous testing, and continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, high-performance UI components.
- Drive performance optimization initiatives to reduce load times and improve the overall responsiveness of web applications.
- Implement and maintain design systems, such as the Lightning Design System, to ensure visual consistency and development efficiency across the platform.
