Key Responsibilities
- - Direct and manage the product development engineering team to support testability, manufacturability, and quality throughout the product lifecycle
- - Evaluate product designs and supply chain requirements to optimize manufacturing processes, tools, and procedures
- - Lead cross-functional projects to resolve roadblocks, aligning efforts to operational goals through collaboration with design, validation, supply chain, and manufacturing teams

Qualifications:



Minimum Qualifications

- - Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field with 12 years of experience OR Masters degree with 8 years of experience OR PhD with 6 years of experience in product development engineering or a similar domain
- - Proficiency in manufacturing processes, systems, and tools used for quality assurance and testability
- - Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in product development cycles
- - Expertise in data analysis and problem-solving methodologies, including root-cause investigation and debug techniques
- - Demonstrated capability in effective resource planning and operational management
