- Drive the overall technical architecture and long-term engineering roadmap.

- Reduce technical debt while maintaining delivery velocity.

- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to deliver customer-focused

solutions.

- Build a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
