- Communication with customers to update progress of project (Event Wise)
- Preparing APQP Plan & verify the document for new model project. Organized the Review meetings- PPSM, DRM, Spec Meeting, Customer/Supplier Visit etc.
- Coordinating with supplier for new mould/tool development for new projects & review DFM &
- Mold Flow with suppliers.
- Attending mould/tool trial at supplier end & inhouse and its trouble shooting
- Coordinating with supplier for new Assy line manfacturing for current project from start to end.
- Coordinating with supplier for new Fixture/gauge manfacturing for new projects & review DAP with suppliers.
- PPAP Document Submission & take approval from customer.
- Analysis of field/customer returned parts to find out the real root cause & provide the appropriate solution
- Final parts inspection as per customer events Customer Audit & prepared its closer.
