Role Overview

Production Planning & Allocation

- Plan and allocate daily coil Assy. as per production requirements.
- Achieve daily/monthly production targets.
- Monitor production output, cycle time, rejection & rework.
- Monitor production against target.

Material & Department Coordination
- Ensure smooth flow of material from stores to the assembly line.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Stores, Purchase, and other departments to avoid material shortages.

Quality & Corrective Actions
- Take immediate corrective action for rejection, process deviation, or customer complaints.
- Work closely with the Quality Department for root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure no defective or non-conforming material moves to the next process.

Team & Performance Management
- Monitor operator performance,



attendance and productivity.

Continuous Improvement & Maintenance
- Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, manpower, rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen and other productivity improvement activities.
- Maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

Reporting & Safety
- Maintain daily production, rejection/rework reports.
- Maintain protected working conditions around electrical testing.
