About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineer - Quality to join our Global Test team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products and services on an international scale. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize testing strategies that support our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for global product releases.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations teams to identify quality requirements and test strategies early in the product lifecycle.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency, coverage, and repeatability of tests.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and testing progress to stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
- Continuously research and adopt industry best practices and emerging tools to improve testing processes and quality assurance methodologies.




- Support compliance with relevant regulatory standards and company policies across different regions.
- Act as a quality advocate within the organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in quality engineering, test engineering, or a related role involving global testing environments.
- Robust understanding of testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting languages is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse and international teams.
- Experience working in agile development environments is preferred.
- Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement.
