Vecros Technologies is building autonomous drones — and we need someone who can turn schematics into real, flying hardware.
If you love SMD design, debugging boards with a scope in hand, and figuring out why your UART just won't talk — this one's for you.
What you'll do
Design schematics & route SMD PCBs (KiCad/Altium)
Build hardware around STM32, ESP32, and BMS ICs
Design & debug power stages — buck/boost converters, motor drivers, ESCs
Get comms protocols working — USB, I2C, SPI, CAN, UART, HDMI, Ethernet
Bring up boards & chase bugs with a logic analyzer/oscilloscope
Work closely with firmware & mechanical teams to ship real products
What you bring
1 to 3 years experience
Solid schematic + PCB routing skills (KiCad/Altium)
Hands-on SMD design experience with STM32 & ESP32
Knowledge of BMS ICs, power converters, motor drivers, ESCs
Comfort with USB, I2C, SPI, CAN, UART, HDMI, Ethernet
Good to Have
Power electronics / battery management experience
You've worked on drones or robotics before
You care about EMI/EMC (or want to learn why you should)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Benefits
- Health insurance
Application Question(s):
- Have you designed a PCB around an STM32 or ESP32 that went through fabrication, assembly, and bring-up, which you debugged yourself using an oscilloscope or logic analyzer?
- How many years of hands-on schematic and PCB layout experience do you have in KiCad or Altium?
- Briefly describe one board you designed: the main ICs, power stage, and one bug you found during bring-up and how you fixed it.
Experience:
- embedded hardware: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
