We are looking for an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage outbound marketing campaigns for lead generation, prospect follow-ups, and customer re-engagement. The candidate will be responsible for executing targeted outreach campaigns, maintaining contact databases, tracking responses, and supporting business development through organized, personalized, and results-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute cold email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns for relevant business prospects.
- Prepare qualified email messages, WhatsApp templates, and follow-up sequences.
- Organize, clean, and segment contact lists based on target audience and campaign objectives.
- Manage prospect follow-ups, re-engagement campaigns, and responses from interested leads.
- Track campaign delivery, replies, engagement, interested prospects, and follow-up status.
- Maintain accurate contact databases and campaign records using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve response and lead conversion rates.
- Follow platform policies, applicable data protection requirements, and responsible outreach practices.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in email marketing,



WhatsApp marketing, cold outreach, lead generation, CRM management, or database marketing is preferred.
