We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & LinkedIn Specialist who can generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold email campaigns, and online research.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, email marketing, prospect research, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold email, and other online platforms.
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, company size, and requirements.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach, including connection requests and personalized messages.
- Create and manage cold email campaigns.
- Write professional and personalized email content.
- Manage follow-ups and nurture potential leads.
- Track leads, responses, follow-ups, and campaign performance.
- Use Google Sheets, Excel, CRM, and other lead-generation tools.
- Research companies and identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Marketing Managers, and IT Managers.
- Generate qualified leads for our IT services.
- Coordinate with the BDE/sales team to convert interested prospects into opportunities.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Email Marketing,



LinkedIn Lead Generation, B2B Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach.
- Experience with cold email campaigns and follow-ups.
- Positive knowledge of lead generation and prospect research.
- Good understanding of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Ability to create personalized outreach messages.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Mailchimp, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work with targets and generate consistent leads.
