Hiring Purchase & Vendor Development Manager

Company: Three D Integrated Solutions Ltd.

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

CTC: 11–12 LPA

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics (EEE) / Electrical / Instrumentation / ECE or related engineering stream – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Purchase, Procurement and Vendor Development activities.
- Identify, evaluate, qualify and develop new vendors based on technical, commercial and quality requirements.
- Handle RFQ, quotation analysis, comparative statements, price negotiations and purchase orders.
- Negotiate with suppliers regarding cost, quality, delivery, payment terms and commercial conditions.
- Develop and maintain a solid supplier base for electronic, electrical, instrumentation and technical products.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Stores and Project teams for procurement requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, quality and corrective actions.
- Drive cost reduction and alternate vendor development initiatives.
- Ensure timely procurement of critical components, assemblies and project-specific materials.
- Conduct vendor evaluation, qualification and performance reviews.
- Resolve supplier-related issues including delays,



quality deviations, shortages and commercial disputes.
- Develop alternate sources for critical materials to reduce supply-chain risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and continuously expand the vendor network.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Purchase, Procurement and Vendor Development.
- Experience handling electronic, electrical, instrumentation or engineering products/components.
- Strong supplier negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Experience in vendor identification, qualification and development.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, cost analysis and commercial negotiations.
- Strong communication, analytical and decision-making skills.

Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement / Vendor Development.
- Experience in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Engineering, Manufacturing or related industries preferred.
- Candidates with strong experience in technical procurement and supplier development will be preferred.
- B.Tech / B.E. in relevant engineering stream is mandatory.
- Gurgaon / Delhi NCR candidates preferred.
