We are looking for an experienced US Retail Operations & EDI Specialist to manage day-to-day retail operations for major US retailers such as Walmart, Target, Tractor Supply, Rural King, and Chewy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage EDI transactions – 850, 856 & 810
- Handle retailer portals, SKU/item setup and product data
- Coordinate with 3PL/warehouse for order fulfillment
- Ensure routing, labeling and retailer compliance
- Track and resolve chargebacks/deductions
- Prepare weekly sales, inventory and sell-through reports
- Monitor stockouts, overstock and replenishment needs

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in US Retail Operations / EDI
- Experience with at least 2 major US retailer portals, preferably Walmart & Target
- Experience with SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, Cleo, iTrade or similar
- Knowledge of 3PL, routing guides, labeling and chargebacks
- Robust Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Excellent English communication skills
- International/US client handling experience preferred
