Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Industry: Defence / Aerospace / Automation

ROLE: Responsible for the design, integration, testing and commissioning of electrical and control systems for defence systems, automated target mechanisms and associated equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design electrical systems, SLDs, wiring/control schematics, cable schedules and control panels.
- Perform load, cable-sizing,



voltage-drop and power-system calculations and select appropriate electrical components.
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems, including I/O, motor drives, relays and contactors.
- Integrate motors, actuators, sensors, encoders, limit switches and solenoids.
- Interface PLCs with HMI, PC, microcontrollers and industrial communication systems.
- Work with Modbus, RS-485, CAN and Ethernet communication protocols.
- Design 24 V DC control systems, power distribution, UPS/battery and protection circuits.
- Implement earthing, grounding, surge protection, electrical isolation and safety systems.
- Support EMI/EMC, environmental, endurance and functional testing.
- Execute installation, system integration, troubleshooting and commissioning at factory and customer/defence sites.
- Prepare BOMs, technical drawings, test procedures, reports and engineering documentation.
