We are looking for an experienced and skilled Egg Cook to join our café in South Bopal, Ahmedabad. The candidate should be confident in preparing a variety of egg dishes with good taste, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.

Responsibilities

- Prepare different types of egg dishes including:
- Omelettes
- Egg Bhurji
- Egg Curry
- Surti-style egg dishes
- Egg Rice
- Egg Noodles
- Egg Dosa
- Boiled, scrambled and other egg preparations
- Maintain consistent taste and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food hygiene.
- Handle kitchen equipment, gas stove and basic cooking utensils safely.
- Manage preparation and cooking during busy hours.
- Maintain proper stock and minimize food wastage.
- Follow café recipes and maintain food quality.

Requirements:




- Previous experience as an Egg Cook / Breakfast Cook / Café Cook preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian and egg-based dishes.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valuable hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Experience in a café, restaurant, egg café or similar food business will be an advantage.

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Salary: 15k to 17k /month, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
