Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions/enrolments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information in CRM.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Address queries and resolve concerns related to courses and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling interactions and student details.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
