- Counsel students and professionals regarding IT training programs and career opportunities.

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable programs.

- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, training benefits, and placement assistance.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

- Coordinate demo classes, workshops, seminars, and counselling sessions.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

- Reconnect with old enquiries and pass-out students to generate current admission opportunities.

- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly counselling and admission reports.

- Handle student and parent queries professionally.

- Coordinate with trainers and the management team for smooth student onboarding.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
