Role Description The Editorial Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position involves supporting the creation, review, and organization of written content related to the company’s AI products, research updates, and thought leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and editing articles, blog posts, product documentation, and internal communications; coordinating content timelines; and ensuring consistency in style, tone, and messaging across channels.

The Editorial

Associate will collaborate closely with product, research, and marketing teams to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible materials. The role also includes maintaining editorial calendars,



preparing content for publishing, and helping refine processes that keep the company’s written communications accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal expression and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Ability to conduct Research to understand AI-related topics, synthesize information, and support evidence-based content.
- Experience with Publishing workflows, including preparing content for digital platforms, documentation tools, or print.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple projects, track deadlines, and maintain editorial calendars and content repositories.
- Proficiency in Editing, including grammar, style, structure, and consistency across documents.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field), or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working with technology and interest in artificial intelligence; prior exposure to tech or startup environments is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Bengaluru.
