Our flagship category—absorbent underwear—helps women manage light leaks and daily life with ease. We’re also expanding across bras and essentials, while building strong online discovery through marketplaces.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Lead to own and scale our online business across marketplaces - specifically Amazon and Myntra.

This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role where you’ll directly own all marketplace work. You’ll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive performance across all ecommerce channels.

What You’ll Own

Marketplace Execution

- Own catalogue quality, listings, A+ content, reviews and visibility
- Lead product launches and SKU onboarding across platforms
- Improve conversion through better titles, images and content

Growth & Revenue

- Drive revenue and profitability across Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and other ecom websites.
- Plan and execute pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies

Ecom Ads

- Manage and optimise campaigns (CPC, CPM, CPAS) across marketplaces and digital platforms
- Allocate budgets to maximise ROAS and profitability




- Monitor performance daily and take fast, data-backed decisions

Data, Decision-Making & Reporting

- Identify growth levers, inefficiencies, and opportunities using data
- Track competitors, pricing, keywords, and campaign performance
- Share transparent insights and actionable plans with leadership

What We’re Looking For

- 1-3 years of hands-on ecommerce experience, preferably with a D2C brand
- Strong experience in working with marketplaces
- Proven ability to scale revenue
- Solid understanding of ads, funnels, and e-commerce P&L;
- High ownership mindset + strong execution speed
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led setup
