We are looking for an experienced E&M; Medical Coder with a robust background in provider specialties including Primary Care (PCP), Internal Medicine, and Family Practice.
- Employment Type: Work From Home (WFH)
- Training: Mandatory 1-week training at our Tambaram office
- Compensation: ₹15 per DOS (Date of Service)
- Daily Target: 100 charts per day
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and code outpatient office visits, preventive visits, and subsequent care using E&M; coding guidelines.
- Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR software to review charts and log codes accurately.
- Apply correct CPT, ICD-10-CM, and modifier selections based on provider documentation.
- Consistently meet or exceed the daily productivity benchmark of 100 charts while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Requirements
- Prior medical coding experience specifically in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and PCP office visits.
- Hands-on experience working with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is highly preferred.
- Deep familiarity with E&M; leveling guidelines (documentation components vs. medical decision-making/time).
- Must be available to attend the mandatory one-week onboarding training in Tambaram.
- Reliable home internet infrastructure suitable for secure remote healthcare operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
