About the Company

RLS Retail Private Limited operates SeekhoBecho, an e-commerce services company based in Gurugram. Our team manages marketplace seller accounts, product catalogs and order operations across Indian and international e-commerce platforms. We are expanding our marketplace operations team and are hiring an experienced specialist.

Job Summary

You will manage seller accounts and day-to-day operations across domestic marketplaces, quick commerce platforms and international marketplaces. You will ensure account compliance, catalog quality and sales performance, and set up processes that the team can follow consistently.

Responsibilities

- Set up and manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO and JioMart
- Complete registration, documentation, category approvals and ungating
- Monitor account health, ratings, return and RTO rates, and policy compliance
- Handle suspensions, listing takedowns and reinstatement appeals
- Manage catalog quality: titles, bullet points, images, keywords and A+ content
- Research trending products and recommend assortment based on demand and margin
- Manage listings and inventory on quick commerce platforms




- Handle international marketplace operations on Amazon Global, Etsy, eBay and Noon, including IEC, export documentation, customs and landed-cost pricing
- Run marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA) and track ACoS, ROAS and conversion
- Plan and execute participation in marketplace sale events
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on dispatch, returns and settlements
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, returns, ad spend and account performance
- Create SOPs and train junior team members

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing or a related field
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience managing seller accounts on multiple marketplaces
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho seller panels, policies and fee structures
- Experience with at least one quick commerce platform
- Working knowledge of cross-border selling and export compliance
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Positive communication in English and Hindi

Preferred
- Experience in an e-commerce services company or marketplace agency
- Experience with Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
- Experience in bags, fashion accessories, home or lifestyle categories

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
