About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations & E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day marketplace, website, warehouse, inventory, and fulfilment operations. The role requires strong team management, attention to detail, and the ability to solve operational issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Blinkit and Shopify.
- Lead the operations team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance and ensure timely execution.
- Oversee orders, dispatches, cancellations, inventory accuracy and warehouse activities.
- Manage stock planning, replenishment, SKU mapping and ageing inventory.
- Maintain marketplace listings, product information, launches and promotional updates.
- Handle Shopify store operations including collections, banners, inventory sync and website updates.
- Monitor pricing, discounts, margins, sales performance and operational costs.




- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers and internal teams for smooth fulfilment.
- Manage NDR, RTO, returns, refunds, claims and customer escalations.
- Track marketplace settlements, deductions and reconciliation with the finance team.
- Maintain MIS, dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Develop SOPs and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational losses.
- Support retail stores, B2B orders and franchise fulfilment requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail or D2C operations.
- Experience managing teams and multi-channel order/inventory operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify and marketplace seller panels.
- Experience with OMS/WMS; OMS Guru experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,700.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
