Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior E-Commerce / E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales across various e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day platform operations, sales performance, inventory coordination, product listings, promotions, order management and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

- Manage platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other relevant marketplaces.

- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, SKUs and product catalogue.

- Monitor daily sales, orders, stock availability and platform performance.

- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Dispatch, Accounts and Customer Service teams for smooth order fulfilment.

- Monitor inventory and ensure products are available across platforms.

- Coordinate for PO, SO, invoicing, dispatch, GRN and payment reconciliation wherever applicable.

- Track sales targets, revenue, order volumes, cancellations and returns.

- Plan and execute offers, discounts, promotions and visibility campaigns on marketplaces.

- Monitor competitor pricing, product listings and promotional activities.

- Analyse sales data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

- Track marketplace deductions, commissions, claims,



returns and other commercial aspects.

- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues.

- Identify opportunities to improve online sales, product visibility and conversion.

- Ensure timely updating of prices, promotions and inventory on platforms.

- Monitor customer ratings, reviews and product feedback.

- Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/E-Commerce will be an advantage.

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace / Quick Commerce.

- Experience in FMCG, food or consumer products preferred.

- Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket or similar platforms.

- Robust knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and MIS reporting.

- Good analytical and numerical skills.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple platforms and activities simultaneously.

- Knowledge of marketplace portals, order management and inventory management.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales data.
