E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE – TEXTILE INDUSTRY

- Manage daily e-commerce operations and online orders

- Handle product listings, product descriptions, pricing and stock updates

- Manage orders, returns, exchanges and order processing

- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch and courier teams

- Handle customer queries and provide proper follow-up

- Monitor online sales and order status

- Update product images, details and inventory on e-commerce platforms

- Maintain daily reports and sales/order records

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery

- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations required

- Experience in e-commerce, online selling or textile industry will be preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Positive communication skills

- Basic computer & Excel knowledge

- Good follow-up and coordination skills

- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks

- E-commerce platform knowledge will be an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
