Key Responsibilities

- Cataloging & Listing: Create, update, and manage product listings across platforms with accurate descriptions, attributes, pricing, and images.

- Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels across channels, ensure timely dispatch of orders, and track order fulfillment to minimize cancellations and delays.

- SEO & Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research to optimize product titles, bullet points, meta descriptions, and backend search terms to improve search rankings.

- Promotion & Campaign Management: Set up and monitor marketplace promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and sponsored ad campaigns to maximize ROI and sales conversion.

- Customer Support & Account Health: Coordinate with platform support teams to resolve listing errors, suppressions, or account warnings, and handle customer queries or return issues efficiently.

- Reporting & Analytics: Track daily sales metrics,



traffic trends, conversion rates, and inventory performance to generate regular performance reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or online business support.

- Proficiency with seller portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or custom e-commerce CMS).

- Solid understanding of digital product cataloging, listing guidelines, and basic e-commerce SEO.

- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and bulk listing updates.

- Good communication skills and robust attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
