Job Overview

Lead Operations, Sales and Growth across E-Commerce platforms especially Amazon India and Global markets like US, Canada, Australia, UK, UAE etc. This role requires expertise in Online Marketplace Operations to create a customer centric and data-driven digital sales experience as well as sharp business acumen to scale the brand globally while maintaining emotional resonance with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic

- Identify and execute E-commerce business strategy for Amazon India and Global Marketplaces

- Evaluate growth opportunities across other E-commerce platforms in India and globally

- Build supply chain and pricing strategies to optimize margins

Sales and Revenue Growth

- Responsible for sales targets and topline growth across marketplaces in India and overseas

- Expand product penetration through bundling, upselling, and cross-category promotions

- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to seasonal and festive demands

- Leverage advertising, search and sponsored products, to maximize ROI and conversions

E-Commerce and Marketplace Management

- Product Listing, Catalogue Optimization,



and Compliance with marketplace policies

- Drive Advertising, SEO, Keyword Targeting, and A+ Content creation for maximum visibility

- Monitor Competition and adjust positioning, pricing and offerings to maintain brand differentiation

- Active participation with creative team on content, packaging, storytelling, and digital assets

Financial and Performance Management

- Pricing and Margin optimisation across markets

- Track Brand Analytics and Sales KPIs: sales growth, conversion rates, customer reviews, and repeat purchase metrics

- Manage and optimize advertising spend and promotional budgets

Preferred candidate profile

- Masters/ Bachelors degree in Business Management preferred

- 7-12 years E-commerce experience with Amazon India & Global is mandatory

- Fair understanding of Indian cultural products and consumer behaviour

- Proven track record in scaling brands internationally and achieving aggressive sales targets

- Solid Business acumen, Analytical mindset, expertise in data-driven decision making.
