Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations & Ads Optimization Executive to manage marketplace operations and drive sales growth through effective advertising strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations

Manage product listings, catalog updates, and content optmization.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning.

Track returns, customer complaints, and marketplace performance metrics.

Coordinate with account managers and marketplace support teams.

Ensure pricing, promotions, and deals are updated accurately.

Monitor Buy Box, product availability, and competitor activities.

Advertising & Growth

Manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).

Optimize campaign performance based on ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

Conduct keyword research and bid optimization.

Analyze advertising reports and recommend growth strategies.





Monitor competitor pricing and advertising activities.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Analyze marketplace performance and identify growth opportunities.

Track advertising spend and profitability.

Generate MIS reports for management review.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Strong understanding of marketplace operations and inventory management.

Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Positive communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in electronics or technology products.

Knowledge of Helium 10, DataDive, or similar marketplace tools.

Understanding of catalog management, SEO, and content optimization.
