Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and support day-to-day e-commerce operations across online marketplaces and the company’s digital sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong marketplace knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage product listings, orders, inventory, and sales performance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces and online platforms.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and keywords.
- Monitor and process customer orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Track product availability, pricing, offers, discounts, and promotional activities.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
- Handle marketplace-related issues, tickets, and queries within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product information, stock updates, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, orders, returns, and overall marketplace performance.
- Ensure product content and marketplace information remain accurate and up to date.




- Monitor competitor pricing, product listings, offers, and market trends.
- Assist in planning and executing marketplace promotions and sales campaigns.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to e-commerce operations.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and operational requirements.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Strong understanding of product listing and catalog management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory, order management, and logistics processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with different departments.

Preferred Experience

Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Myntra, or other e-commerce marketplaces will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
