Role Description The E-commerce Intern will support day-to-day online business operations for Cosmos Diamonds’ digital storefronts in a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban.

Responsibilities include assisting with product listing management, inventory updates, and basic catalog maintenance across e-commerce platforms. The intern will help monitor website performance, track key metrics, and support data-driven decisions to improve customer journeys and sales conversions. This role also involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with sales and retail teams to resolve issues,



and ensuring a consistent brand experience online.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional campaigns, gather feedback, and contribute ideas to refine the overall e-commerce strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Commerce, including understanding of online retail workflows and product catalog management.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret basic data, track performance metrics, and support insights for improving customer experience and sales.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for interacting with customers and coordinating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess customer-focused Customer Service skills to manage queries, handle concerns, and maintain a positive brand experience.
- Candidates should possess an interest in Sales, with the ability to support digital sales initiatives and contribute to conversion-focused activities.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with e-commerce platforms, proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a genuine interest in sustainable luxury and ethical brands.
