Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage product listings, inventory, product content, vendor coordination, sourcing, and pricing across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, pricing, specifications, images, and inventory.
- Create accurate, SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and content.
- Use AI tools to create or enhance product visuals when required.
- Monitor stock, pricing, availability, and product updates.
- Source and hotlist new vendors based on product range, pricing, quality, and availability.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, MOQ, lead times, and product information.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms with vendors.
- Maintain vendor/product trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and Marketing teams.
- Report stock issues, pricing changes, delays, and other operational concerns.

Requirements
- Experience in E-commerce, Product Management, Vendor Management,



or Procurement.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and product content.
- Ability to work with AI tools for content and image creation.
- Robust attention to detail and ownership of tasks.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
