Job Summary

- We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive eBay to manage and grow our eBay marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing eBay Seller Hub, with strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, inventory, pricing, order processing, promotions, customer service, seller performance and marketplace compliance.
- The candidate should be highly detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable managing large product catalogs and multiple SKUs across international eBay marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the eBay seller account/store.
- Create, upload and optimize product listings on eBay.
- Develop SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions and item specifics.
- Select appropriate eBay categories and manage product attributes, variations and catalog information.
- Upload and maintain product images and other listing content.
- Maintain accurate SKU, pricing, inventory and product information.
- Perform bulk listing uploads, edits and updates using Excel/CSV.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, inactive listings and suppressed listings.
- Monitor eBay Seller Hub, account health and seller performance metrics.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle, from order receipt to dispatch and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle returns, refunds, cancellations and buyer queries.
- Respond to customer messages professionally and within required timelines.
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings and seller performance.
- Conduct competitor research and pricing analysis.
- Review market prices and update product pricing based on competition, margins and business requirements.
- Plan and manage eBay promotions, discounts, offers and other promotional activities.
- Monitor marketplace KPIs including sales, traffic, impressions, conversion rate and revenue.




- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly eBay performance reports.
- Analyze underperforming listings and recommend appropriate optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, finance, marketing and customer support teams.
- Ensure compliance with eBay marketplace policies, listing standards and seller requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, listing visibility, conversion and overall marketplace performance.
- Plan, manage and optimize eBay advertising campaigns and Google Ads (AdWords) to increase product visibility, traffic, conversions and overall marketplace sales.

Required Skills :
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations, preferably with strong eBay experience.
- Excellent practical knowledge of eBay Seller Hub.
- Experience managing eBay US, UK, Canada, Australia or European marketplaces will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of eBay listing optimization, SEO, catalog management and marketplace operations.
- Valuable understanding of inventory, pricing, orders, returns, refunds and customer service processes.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including:
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Filters and sorting
- Data cleaning
- Excel reporting and analysis
- Bulk data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage large product catalogs and multiple SKUs.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Candidates with proven hands-on eBay account management experience will be preferred.
