We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to manage daily order processing operations for online marketplaces such as Ajio and Myntra. The candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and making products Ready-to-Dispatch (RTD) while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick products accurately according to order sheets.

- Pack products securely and professionally for shipment.

- Prepare orders RTD (Ready-to-Dispatch) for Myntra

- Ensure correct barcode tagging, labeling, and invoice attachment.

- Maintain daily packing targets of minimum 100 pieces per day.

- Perform quality checks before dispatch.

- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for stock availability.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.

- Handle returns, exchanges, and repacking when required.





- Follow company SOPs and marketplace packaging guidelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass.

- Prior experience in e-commerce warehouse or packing operations preferred.

- Basic understanding of Ajio and Myntra seller operations is an advantage.

- Ability to work efficiently under daily targets.

- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.

- Physically fit and able to handle packing work.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

Performance Expectations

- Minimum 300 pieces packing daily.

- Zero or minimal dispatch errors.

- Timely RTD completion for all marketplace orders.

Pay: ₹9,743.79 - ₹21,000.00 per month
