Role Description

· Cataloguing & Listings Activities

· Maintaining masters with due support from Brand Managers || Updating the task trackers

· New Product listing Audits

· Optimizing the products – E-content optimization i.e. Base Content, KVs, A+ content

· Listing audits and repository maintenance

· Competition Analysis of the aligned brands

· Liaison with internal team for content score fixing and execution like Amazon, Flipkart, Big basket, and Quick Commerce

· Conduct In-store Audits manually and through tools

Qualifications

Strong understanding of marketplace and quick commerce

Experience working with FMCG, consumer, retail, or D2C brands is an advantage

Strong client-facing and presentation skills

Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and priorities

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Good understanding of e-commerce metrics and shopper journeys





Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Robust ownership mindset with the ability to work in a quick-paced agency environment

Good understanding of creative design and visual communication.

Ability to review creative work and provide meaningful, actionable feedback.

Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in content, creative, and e-commerce.

Curious and proactive about experimenting with new AI tools and technologies.
