Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions.

- Configure modules, workflows, entities, and business processes.

- Support integrations with other applications and systems.

- Handle data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Strong understanding of D365 configuration and customization.

- Experience with implementation and integration projects.

- Valuable understanding of business processes and requirement gathering.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
