Key Experience & Responsibilities

· Develop and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using C#, plugins, Dataverse SDK, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PCF.

· Work with Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities including Cases, Emails, Queues, Activities, Timelines, SLAs, and model-driven applications.

· Design and implement Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, lookups, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.

· Develop Power Apps across Canvas and Model-Driven applications.

· Build workflow automation using Power Automate and Power Fx.

· Develop and support integrations with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, REST APIs, and other business systems.

· Create and troubleshoot Dataverse queries using FetchXML and related development tools.

· Support solution-based ALM using managed and unmanaged solutions, Git, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform CLI.

· Use tools such as Plugin Registration Tool and VS Code for development, deployment, and troubleshooting.

· Troubleshoot issues across development and higher environments,



working with stakeholders and technical teams to identify and resolve root causes.
