Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, order management, inventory coordination, online promotions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Shopify, etc.
- Upload product details, images, pricing, and descriptions accurately.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/inventory teams.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle marketplace promotions, offers, and discount campaigns.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely delivery.
- Monitor customer reviews and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Ensure all online platforms are updated with current inventory and pricing.




- Coordinate with marketing team for online campaigns and social media promotions.
- Resolve marketplace issues, claims, and seller support queries.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Attention to detail and time management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred

Preferred Experience

- Experience handling Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of inventory management and online order processing

Salary As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
