Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Cinema / Entertainment / Hospitality / Retail

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day cinema operations & show activities
- Supervise FOH staff, ushers & operational teams
- Ensure smooth show execution, auditorium readiness & guest experience
- Handle customer complaints, escalations & service recovery
- Coordinate F&B;, Box Office, Housekeeping & Security teams
- Maintain SOP, safety, hygiene & service standards
