Role & responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to ensure achievement of shift-wise production targets.

- Daily material planning for D-1, D-2 and D-3 scheduling. Compile monthly plan and split up into week wise plan.

- Good coordination with inter department personnel.

- Allocate and supervise daily tasks for assembly line operators to maximize productivity and efficiency.

- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

- Coordinate preventive maintenance and routine equipment upkeep to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.

- Ensure adherence to established quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

- Maintain a safe working setting by enforcing compliance with safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).





- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and coordination skills.

- Sound knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

- 5-7 years of experience in gas stove manufacturing Industries, preferably in production or quality assurance functions.

- Good working knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications.

- Strong understanding of gas stove manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production practices.
