Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR business partners, influencing decisions through data, insights, and external best practices.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration/Organization Development or related field
- 5-6 years of experience in Talent, Performance, Benefits, and R&R; roles.
- Proven strengths in analytics, HR tech, program management, and executive stakeholder management.
- Strategic, business oriented mindset with the ability to translate people strategies into measurable outcomes.
- Knowledge on MS Office, Power Apps &
- BI, Reporting, HRMS (Oracle/Workday/Success Factors, etc)
- Strong Communication &
- Interpersonal Skills with creative story telling
