Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Documents Verification Team Leader with 5+ years of experience, preferably from the Banking / BFSI sector, to lead and manage the document verification process.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of KYC and banking documentation, excellent team-handling skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of verification activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Documents Verification team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Verify customer documents, KYC records, and other banking/financial documents for accuracy and authenticity.
- Ensure all verification activities are completed within defined TAT and quality standards.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, accuracy, and daily targets.
- Conduct quality checks and identify errors or discrepancies in documentation.
- Handle escalations related to document verification and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC guidelines, and applicable banking processes.
- Train, guide, and mentor team members to improve productivity and quality.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, Compliance, and Quality.




- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information and documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Banking / BFSI / NBFC / Financial Services.
- Prior experience in Document Verification, KYC Verification, Banking Operations, or Back-office Operations.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling/leadership experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of banking documentation and KYC processes.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies/fraudulent documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage targets, deadlines, and a team effectively.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates currently working in Banking, NBFC, BFSI, Loan Processing, KYC, Document Verification, or Banking Operations with proven team-handling experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
