Job Summary

We are looking for a DMLT-qualified candidate to support day-to-day laboratory operations, including blood collection, sample handling, documentation, and coordination with collection and laboratory teams. The candidate should ensure smooth operations while maintaining accuracy, hygiene, and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform blood collection and phlebotomy following standard procedures.
- Verify patient details and ensure accurate sample identification and labeling.
- Handle, store, and transfer samples as per laboratory guidelines.
- Coordinate with collection centres, technicians, and laboratory teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor daily sample collection and ensure timely dispatch of samples.
- Maintain accurate records of samples, collection details, and operational activities.
- Track rejected, delayed, or improperly collected samples and coordinate for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Support day-to-day operational activities and resolve routine operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare basic operational reports.




- Ensure proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste.
- Communicate professionally with patients, collection staff, and internal teams.

Requirements
- Qualification: DMLT / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of blood collection and laboratory procedures.
- Good understanding of sample handling and safety procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced healthcare operations environment.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
