We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Incharge for our injection moulding manufacturing plant. The candidate must have positive knowledge of plastic products, finished goods management, packing, dispatch operations, inventory control and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch planning, packing, loading and transportation of finished goods.
- Handle finished goods (FG) stock, material movement and inventory control.
- Maintain records of GRN, MRN, material issue/return, stock transfers and gate passes.
- Prepare and monitor FG shortage/excess reports.
- Manage sales orders, delivery processes and dispatch documentation.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills and packing lists.
- Conduct monthly physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, Accounts and Transport teams.
- Maintain dispatch records using MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Follow 5S practices and implement measures to reduce excess inventory and dispatch errors.

Required Skills




- 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably in plastic injection moulding.
- Good knowledge of plastic products, packing and finished goods management.
- Strong understanding of dispatch documentation and inventory management.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Knowledge of BG and 5S practices.
- Good coordination, documentation and stock reconciliation skills.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
