Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with customers to schedule dispatches and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space for efficient warehouse operations.
- Oversee material management processes, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials as needed.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in Dispatch Supervision or related field (FMCG industry).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP.
- Excellent customer coordination skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in Inventory Management, Material Management, Supply Chain Management.
