Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to oversee and manage our logistics and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that products are dispatched accurately, safely, and on time. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Paper Product Manufacturing industry and a shorter notice period.

Job Location:Mohanlalganj, Lucknow (Opposite Ambalika College)

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily dispatch of finished goods.
- Coordinate with the production team, warehouse, and transporters for smooth operations.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and ERP software.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Resolve any transit issues, delays, or damages efficiently.
- Supervise and guide the dispatch team and loaders for maximum efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2 to 7 years in dispatch or logistics management.
- Industry Preference:



Experience in a Paper Product Manufacturing company is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Compulsory knowledge of Advance Excel and ERP software.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a low notice period will be preferred.
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Skills: Robust leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Shift & Timings: Both Day and Night shifts (Rotational)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
