Role of a Dispatch Executive A Dispatch Executive coordinates the movement of trucks and deliveries, helping ensure loads are picked up and delivered on time. Responsibilities typically include:
- Assigning loads and sharing trip details with drivers
- Tracking trucks and updating their live locations
- Coordinating with drivers, customers, and other teams
- Following up on pickup and delivery schedules
- Preparing and updating dispatch documents
- Handling delays or route issues and keeping the relevant people informed
- Supporting invoice preparation and record keeping
For freshers, training is usually provided on the company’s dispatch process and software.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
