About the Company

Earthen Textures Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of premium wall textures and decorative finishes. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate transportation, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Coordinate with the production, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transport records.
- Arrange transporters, coordinate vehicle availability, and follow up on deliveries.
- Verify product quantities, packaging, labels, and order details before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched materials and pending orders.
- Update dispatch entries and order status in ERP/Odoo or Excel.
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities to prevent damage or shortages.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.




- Share daily dispatch reports with management.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company dispatch procedures.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder in any relevant field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in the paints, building materials, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, ERP software, and basic dispatch documentation.
- Understanding of invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transportation procedures.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple dispatches and work under deadlines.
