- Must have experiece in bulk hiring for bfsi tech and non tech functions in India

About Our Client an organisation in the financial services research, specialising in credit ratings and related services, based in Mumbai.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.

- Work closely with department heads to understand their talent requirements.

- Manage and optimise the end-to-end recruitment process.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience through the hiring process.

- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

- Collaborate with external recruitment partners when needed.

- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.
