We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director – FinTech to lead the University’s FinTech academic, skill-development, research, and industry engagement initiatives. The role will focus on building industry-aligned, technology-driven, and employability-focused FinTech programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic and academic leadership for the FinTech School/Department.
- Develop and deliver industry-aligned programs in FinTech, Digital Payments, Blockchain, Web, Python, AI/ML, Web & Mobile Applications, and Financial Data Analytics.
- Build partnerships with banks, fintech companies, financial institutions, technology firms, startups, and professional bodies.
- Lead initiatives for internships, apprenticeships, live projects, certifications, hackathons, incubation, and placements.
- Mentor faculty and promote cutting-edge teaching, research, publications, patents, consultancy, and funded projects.
- Establish FinTech Labs, Centers of Excellence, and industry-integrated learning ecosystems.




- Represent the University at relevant academic, industry, government, and professional forums.

Qualification & Experience:

- Ph.D. in FinTech, Management, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
- Should have Professor Cadre Experience for at least 6-7 years
- Significant academic and industry experience, preferably with leadership experience in FinTech, technology, program development, or higher education.
- Strong record of research publications, industry collaborations, consultancy, patents, funded projects, or innovation initiatives will be preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, networking, and stakeholder-management skills.
