Roles and Responsibilitie****s
Drive business growth and achieve sales targets across the assigned geography.
Manage and lead Direct Marketing Teams (DMT) to ensure productivity and performance.
Develop local market penetration strategies and expand customer acquisition.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, conversions, and portfolio quality.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct regular field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members.
Review MIS reports and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
Ensure customer service excellence and timely resolution of customer issues.
