Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Digital Media Manager with Public Affairs experience to lead our digital communication, social media presence, and public-facing communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital media and social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Create and coordinate engaging content such as posts, videos, reels, campaigns, newsletters, and digital communications.
- Monitor public affairs, policy developments, current issues, and relevant media conversations.
- Support public relations and stakeholder communication initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Track media coverage, public sentiment, and emerging issues relevant to the organization.
- Prepare communication briefs, press notes, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across platforms.
- Monitor digital trends and recommend innovative communication strategies.




- Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Handle sensitive or high-visibility communications with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Political Science, Public Affairs, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Digital Media and Public Affairs
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of current affairs, public policy, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in content creation, campaign management, and media coordination.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

- Prior experience working with public affairs, government relations, political/public communication, education institutions, or corporate affairs.
- Experience handling high-profile communication campaigns and media interactions.
- Knowledge of digital analytics, social media management tools, and basic graphic/video editing.
