Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with thorough knowledge of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid campaigns, along with hands-on expertise in graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, leads, and conversions while creating visually compelling creatives and video content to support paid and organic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) paid campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Design engaging ad creatives, banners, landing page visuals, and social media graphics
- Create and edit marketing videos, reels, ad videos, and promotional content optimized for paid campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics,



Ads Manager, and other reporting tools
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
- Develop content strategies aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and design
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform policies

Required Skills

- Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads paid campaigns
- Robust understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, and performance metrics
- Graphic design and video editing skills are essential and acknowledged as part of the role
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities

Eligibility

- Preferred Qualifications:- Graduation + Digital Marketing Course
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications
- Experience with conversion tracking (GA4, GTM)
- Knowledge of motion graphics and A/B creative testing
